Accessibility
If you face any barriers to completing your submission, please get in touch via the relevant email above — we will do our best to support you and find an alternative way to present your project.
Equalities Monitoring
Filling out the Equalities Monitoring Form helps us understand more about the diversity of the people who apply to take part in and work for the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival and Edinburgh Festival Carnival.
Your responses give us valuable insight into who we are reaching and where we can improve. This helps us to ensure that we are accessible to as many people as possible. In this form, we ask questions about age, sex, ethnicity, disability, gender identity and sexual orientation.
Please note, the equalities categories below are aligned with the Office of National Statistics, the Scottish Census and Creative Scotland.
If you do not know some of the information, or if you would rather not provide it, you can select the 'Prefer not to say' option. The information you provide will only be used to create anonymised statistics and reports. It will not affect your participation or application in any way.
