They’re back! Melding West African highlife, disco, post-punk and psychedelic electro soul, Ibibio Sound Machine set dancefloors alight wherever they play. Their shows are high energy, high impact and absolutely unmissable, creating a party atmosphere, picking up audiences and taking them with them on a sea of joy. Fronted by charismatic singer Eno Williams, the eight-piece band have taken their funky grooves, infectious rhythms, deep electronica synth beats to festivals across Europe.
Opening the concert, blending neo soul, hip-hop & R’n’B to thrilling effect, Mother All Mighty, led by Naledi Herman, channel Erykah Badu, D’Angelo, and Jorja Smith in a set of irresistible original music.
The evening is completed by global DJ Samedia Shebeen, bringing blistering tropical club flavours to The Queen's Hall.
